Chocolate glazed donuts

My very own mock DD chocolate glazed donuts for ONE POINT EACH!!!! WHATTTTTT! UPDATE: 2 for 3 points. Definitely satisfied the DD craving!


For the donuts: (Makes a bakers dozen)
4 eggs
8 tbsp Hershey’s sugar free chocolate syrup
6 tbsp flour
4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa (I prefer Hershey brand)
4 tbsp Truvia (or your preferred sweetener)
1/2 tbsp baking powder


Mix the wet ingredients separately. Mix the the dry ingredients separately. Then add the dry to the wet. Mix for 3 minutes.

Spray donut pan with Pan. Pour mix into pan/molds. Bake on the middle rack for 10 minutes at 375. Remove from pan and let cool on cooling rack for 5 minutes.

Mix the glaze.
8 tsp of confectioners sugar.
Start with 2 tsp of water and add slowly until you get a nice glaze consistency. Dip donuts in glaze and return to cooling rack. Cool until room temp and enjoy!

I used my Pampered Chef donut pan.
